Aaaaaargh! Sophie is teething, and she keeps nipping me when she nurses now. Hurts like hell. I have tried all the tricks to get her to stop, but so far nothing is working. I hope this phase passes because it's making me fear nursing, something that used to be my favorite part of the day. She knows what she's doing, too, because she smiles every time. Apparently she thinks my yelp of pain is part of a fun game.

Eek... good luck. We're not there just yet. I hope you can work through it and make some kind of deal with her lol... Tough communicating with a tiny creature.
@oceanstarr - thankfully, today was much better. Every time she nipped yesterday I ended the nursing session and I think it finally dawned on her. So, today all is back to normal!
@Shahrazad1973 - That's basically the way I plan to handle it if Tiny decides to bite. I'm glad it's working.
